AI agents

AI agents that do the work, not just chat.

Document intake, scheduling, support triage and forecasting agents, wired into the systems your team already uses and watched by a person wherever it matters.

For logistics and freight operators, clinics and healthcare groups, and retail and e-commerce brands with 50 to 500 staff.

Scope and timeline.

Three ways to work with us, each with a fixed scope and a known timeline.

2 weeks

AI Discovery Sprint

We map three of your workflows, prototype one agent on your real data, and hand you a delivery roadmap with a written quote. If we stop there, you keep everything.

6 to 10 weeks

Agent Build

One production agent integrated with your systems, with an evaluation set, monitoring, and a handover your own team can run.

Monthly

Care Retainer

Monitoring, model and prompt updates, new integrations as your process changes, and a monthly report on what the agent handled.

Quoted after discovery

Every engagement starts with the discovery sprint, and a written quote for the work follows from what it finds. Billing is tied to agreed milestones rather than hours, so the cost is settled before the build begins and does not drift.

What every project includes.

  • Runs on production-grade models, with your data staying in your own accounts
  • Every action logged; anything uncertain goes to a person with the context attached
  • An evaluation set built before launch, so you know how often it is right
  • Integration with the tools you have: email, WhatsApp, CRM, ERP or practice management
  • Documentation and a full handover; no lock-in and no black boxes

Questions we get asked.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the job and your data rules: hosted models from the major providers, or open-weight models running in your own cloud when data cannot leave. We choose during the discovery sprint and explain why.

Where does our data go?

It stays in your accounts. We build inside your cloud or on infrastructure you own, and we hand over every key at the end.

What happens when the agent is unsure?

It stops and hands the case to a person with the conversation and documents attached. You can see every decision it made and reverse any of them.

How long until something is live?

A working prototype inside the two-week sprint. A production agent in six to ten weeks, released in small weekly steps so nothing is a surprise at the end.

How do you charge?

Each phase is quoted in writing before it starts, and invoiced against agreed milestones rather than hours. Retainers run monthly and can be stopped with 30 days’ notice. Tell us about the work and we will put a figure to it.
